As of May 1st, we are in the process of migrating all Oompa Play Point account balances to the Bella Luna Toys Star Coins Rewards Program.
We anticipate it will take up to 48 hours for all Play Points to migrate to the Bella Luna Toys Star Coins Rewards Program.
If you have an Oompa Play Points account AND are a Bella Luna Toys customer with a Star Coins account, Play Points will automatically be converted to Star Coins and deposited if your accounts are under the same email address.
If you have an Oompa Play Points account, but are not a Bella Luna Toys customer, please create an account HERE with the same email address and your balance will be waiting for you once the migration is complete.

Oompa e-giftcards purchased within two years with a remaining balance will be reissued for use on bellalunatoys.com. Please add support@bellalunatoys.com as a trusted contacted to ensure the e-giftcard lands in your inbox.

You will have 30 days from the time of purchase to complete your return. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, you will receive a full refund.
